Menttes, protagonist of the 7JRSL
Menttes was one of the main actors of many activities of the 7mas Jornadas Regionales de Software Libre, held in Córdoba, Argentina. Taking an active role on the convention's organization team, being a gold sponsor, giving talks, promoting and sharing knowledge about free software technologies, menttes took part on the 7th and successful edition of the international convention.
Opening act of the convention
Continuing with the commitment with Free Software and Python, Zope, Plone, menttes contributed with the organization of the 7th edition of the Jornadas Regionales de Software Libre, one of the most important Free Software conventions of Latin America.
Plone Training Courses
Emanuel Sartor from Menttes organized the introduction course to Plone and the advanced Plone Course. The introduction course to Plone was gave completely by members from menttes and the second one was gave with members of the fairsource partnership.
Talks
Strengthen the role of leadership on Python, Zope, Plone (PZP) on the region, menttes gave 5 talks on enterprises and PZP one.
Plone Cono SurPlone Cono Sur, is an initiative co-founded by members of menttes, during the convention the group organized its first meeting giving more than 10 tlaks, two courses and a sprint. |

Taller de Internacionalización de Plone Get Paid
GetPaid is a flexible framework for payment processing and commerce in Plone. During the 7mas Jornadas the PloneGet Paid team workd on a internationalization sprint and menttes developers took part of it.
Convention Organization
The 7mas Jornadas Regionales de Software were organized by prestigious entities such as Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, La Fundación Vía Libre, the Grupo de Usuarios de Linux de Córdoba and the Universidad Empresarial Siglo 21.
